Some of our opportunities are in our office and others are out in your local community. The levels of time commitment vary from occasional (a few times a year at events), to every week (Admin and Helpline). Why not take a look at the Volunteer Opportunities section to see if there is something you think would suit you.

All of our volunteers are valued members of our Team. They play a very important part in helping us to reach and support as many carers as possible.

“Quite simply, we couldn’t do what we do without our volunteers!”

In a volunteer survey, we asked volunteers to sum up their experience of volunteering for Worcestershire Association of Carers. The responses were all positive. Here are some of them:

"Rewarding and worthwhile"

"A fantastic opportunity to learn new skills"

"Welcoming and supportive staff enabling me to help some lovely carers"

"Making new friends and feeling useful"

If you can you offer the 63,000 unpaid adult carers in Worcestershire your time, skills, compassion and expertise please look at our opportunities, role descriptions, to find one that suits you.
