The role requires someone who has a good eye for detail with great merchandising skills, and who is who is self-motivated and highly organised. You’ll need to be IT literate, with experience of meeting deadlines, targets and dealing with shop finances. Social Prescriber The Social Prescriber will support the individual over a time limited period to achieve the goals outlined in the social prescription, whilst encouraging and supporting people to self-manage their condition(s), develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles, and increase resilience.
