Vacancies

Retail Lead - Droitwich Spa

As the Retail Lead you will be responsible for the day-to-day running our shop and developing other sales opportunities, such as online selling. The role requires someone who has a good eye for detail with great merchandising skills, and who is who is self-motivated and highly organised. 

You’ll need to be IT literate, with experience of meeting deadlines, targets and dealing with shop finances.  

Excellent standards of customer service are essential, as are skills in communication, support, supervision and management of staff and volunteers.

Responsible for: Staff and Volunteers

Hours:  Up to 25 hours per week, worked flexibly, including some Saturdays

Place of work:  53-59 Ombersley Street East, Droitwich, WR9 8QS

Social Prescriber 

The Social Prescriber will support the individual over a time limited period to achieve the goals outlined in the social prescription, whilst encouraging and supporting people to self-manage their condition(s), develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles, and increase resilience.

 The role requires extensive liaison with statutory and non-statutory services, to both generate referrals into the service and to enable access to relevant local services for the individual as part of the social prescription.

Hours: 20 hrs per week

Contract: 6 month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension 

Base: Redditch GP Practices with mostly home working
