Male Carers Narrowboat Trip with Fish & Chip Lunch This event is now fully booked, if you would like to go on the wait-list for cancellation places, please email Colette on [email protected] Male Carers - Fish & Chip lunch aboard the Droitwich Waterways Pamela May Narrow Boat The narrow boat trips we have done to date have been very popular, so we thought the Male Carers may enjoy a trip of their own thanks to Sanctuary funding for Male Carers and we have been able to add an extra special treat of a fish and chip lunch aboard. We will meander down the canals whilst you are enjoying your fish and chips. The boat will take us on the scenic 3 hour route from 12:30pm to approx 3:30pm. Unfortunately, whilst the boat is able to support one wheelchair, our access point onto the boat which enables us to have car parking for Carers doesn't allow them to use the lift at this point so this activity will not be suitable for wheelchair users. This trip is open to Male Carers and is thanks for specific funding from Sanctuary for Male Carers events. Please note that unfortunately alternative food items and allergy requirements cannot be catered for at this event. The offer is standard fish and chips from a local fish & chip supplier that the Droitwich waterways is working with. We apologise if this excludes any Male Carers wishing to go on this trip. If you do have any allergies that would exclude you but you would still like to join the boat trip without lunch, that would be fine too so long as your allergies are not serious enough not to be able to be in close contact with ingredients in fish and chips as you would be seated near Carers who are consuming fish and chips. A deposit of £10 is required to book your place on this activity / event, which will be refunded to you upon attendance in full. If however you find you have to cancel your place on the event and provide us with more than 24 hours from the day of the event notice, you will still be refunded as this will enable us to offer your place to another Carer on the waitlist, however if you cancel less than 24 hours of the day of the event, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit. Equally no-shows will be unable to be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
