Creative Writing

Creative writing is a wonderfully enjoyable and fulfilling activity, helping us exercise self-care while having fun with words. It’s also tremendously accessible, as all you need is a pen and paper, or even just your phone! 

Join us for online creative writing sessions with poet Giovanni Esposito, aka ‘Spoz,’ an award-winning performance poet, singer /songwriter, film maker, playwright and former Birmingham Poet Laureate, and Holly, another wonderful performance poet. They will be with us alternative months to give these sessions bags of humour, variety and creativity. 

Attend as many or as few of the sessions as you wish, just book your place once, you will receive a Zoom link with your booking confirmation and you use that same link to join any of the sessions - please note you will not receive a confirmation for each session, just the initial one so keep the dates and Zoom link handy so you can use it for any of the sessions you wish to join. Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place using the booking system below and we will email you all the information you will need. This will include a link that you will click at the relevant time and date of your session and will be sent to you a couple of days prior to the event happening. 

Please note: you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder. 

All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now).
