We are delighted to share with you our 2022-2023 Impact Report

Here you will find the highlights, key achievements and carer and patient feedback on the difference we have made.

We continue with our vision and in our mission to help #unpaidcarers identify as carers, and for them to have access to the support and the services they are entitled to.

We know from listening to carers, it remains a challenging picture for you. Post pandemic and a cost of living crisis has led to amplified caring roles and unprecedented financial hardships. Gaining and maintaining employment is tough and juggling a work life balance even tougher. More than ever, carers need our support and we are committed to providing the highest quality service across our organisation.

Our Impact Report aims to demonstrate what we have done and continue to do to support carers but there is still more to be done. Please take the time to read our report and support us in our mission.

Our Impact Report also highlights the fantastic work of the Carer Community Mental Health Link Team and the Social Prescribing and Lifestyle Advisors Team.

If you would like to get involved you can do so in a number of ways. You can become a volunteer or become a trustee.   You can have your say,  by becoming a carer representative and ensure carers voices are heard and inform local decision making. If you would like to donate or talk to us about what we do, you can find out more about by contacting us and if you would like to learn more about why to support us you can do so here.

We care for those who care. Thank you to all our partners for your ongoing support.
