Wellbeing Walk and Coffee The Fold, Bransford

A wellbeing Walk followed by Coffee around the Fold Nature Trail followed by coffee at the Fold Cafe. 

Join us for a peaceful stroll around the Fold Nature Trail, an opportunity to take time out for yourself in the company of fellow Carers. We will follow our walk with coffee in the café (cost is included). The walk usually takes around 45 - 60 min and we will then have coffee so the finishing time is an estimate but we would think 12:00-12:30 finish. Please note that this walk is weather dependent, and you will be contacted in the event we have to postpone due to adverse weather conditions.  We will be meeting at the large car park at the back of the property (not the small one in front of the cafe). There is no charge for car parking. 

Please be aware that the paths are rather uneven so this may not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. We suggest suitable footwear and comfortable clothing.
