Embracing change: scaling innovation in social care in practice.

This week is #CoproductionWeek, and we are thrilled to have been invited to attend and speak at SCIE’s Parliamentary Reception, 'Embracing change: scaling innovation in social care in practice’ about the innovative work we have been developing across Worcestershire. It was a great opportunity to share updates and our vision for taking a new and different approach to supporting carers through the hospital discharge process by incorporating real carers voices- those with lived experience. We were able to showcase the value in partnership working and through working together, achieve more for carers. We are taking steps to change hearts and minds across the system, and we are looking forward to seeing how these positive changes can make a long and lasting difference.
