About the event

11th September: Food and Mood
This session explores the connection between what we eat and how we feel and how this is a two-way relationship. It covers some essential key food and mood messages that support and promote good mental health through diet. Carers will leave the workshop with improved understanding of how to make positive changes to their diets to support energy, concentration, relaxation, and mood and develop a personal action plan to help you put what you have learned into practice. We don’t cover weight loss in this session.
Limited free parking at the venue and neighbouring road.
