Afternoon tea Narrowboat Trip Afternoon Tea Narrowboat Trip on the Droitwich Waterways Pamela May As our April trip on the Pamela May has been so very popular, we thought we would spoil you with another opportunity, especially for those who were unable to make it onto the April trip. Join us for this wonderful and restful meander down the waterways on Droitwich Waterways fabulous, environmentally friendly, electric narrow boat and enjoy afternoon tea whilst you relax and let the world drift by. This is a lovely community narrow boat run by a team of volunteers. The boat will take us on the scenic 3 hour route from 1:30pm to approx 4:30pm. Unfortunately, whilst the boat is able to support one wheelchair, our access point onto the boat which enables us to have car parking for Carers doesn't allow them to use the lift at this point so this activity will not be suitable for wheelchair users. If you were fortunate enough to get a place on our April Pamela May trip, and you wish to go on this one, could we ask you to first contact Colette to put you onto the wait list rather than book another place on this one. This will give us the opportunity to allow those Carers who were not fortunate enough to get onto the April trip, the chance to hopefully get onto this one. However if there are still spaces remaining, you will definitely be contacted by Colette to get you booked on. Also, Male Carers, we are busy planning another Sanctuary funded Male Carers trip on Pamela May, we think on 5th September, so you will have the opportunity of a Male Carers trip on this boat then, pop the date in your diaries. A deposit of £10 is required to book your place on this activity / event, which will be refunded to you upon attendance in full. If however you find you have to cancel your place on the event and provide us with more than 24 hours from the day of the event notice, you will still be refunded as this will enable us to offer your place to another Carer on the waitlist, however if you cancel less than 24 hours of the day of the event, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit. Equally no-shows will be unable to be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
