5 Ways to Wellbeing 

One off interactive session which will explore what well-being is and the 5 key ways to improve personal day to day well-being. You will leave the session with your own well-being action plan.

Our wellbeing courses are designed to offer simple, light touch tips to improve general emotional well-being. We do not recommend these sessions for carers needing counselling, bereavement support or support for a serious mental health problem. In these instances we would recommend contacting your GP.

There is free parking available and refreshments will be provided.

MoodMaster

This is a 5 week programme providing a positive approach to improving physical and emotional wellbeing. During the course you will learn simple, straightforward techniques that will help you to boost your mood and energy, improve your sleep and deal a little bit better with situations that cause you stress.

The course will run at Wishing Well Wellbeing Centre, St Johns Street, Bromsgrove on THURSDAYS at 1-2.30pm

Mindfulness for carers

An upbeat three week course which introduces the idea of Mindfulness as a self-help technique that can be used to support emotional wellbeing and manage stress. Simple exercises will be introduced giving you the opportunity to experience Mindfulness for yourself.

Please note this is a 3 week course and you are signing up to all 3 sessions. However, we completely understand if you need to miss a week, just give us a ring and let us know on 0300 012 4272.
