Join us on Zoom to view a 20 min interesting talk titled The Three Secrets of resilient people.” To most people in the field, resilience research is a calling, an academic interest or maybe even just a buzzword. For resilient expert Lucy Hone, it turned out to be an essential survival skill. In this powerful and personal talk, she shares the three strategies that got her through an unimaginable tragedy and, in doing so, offers profound insights on how to find meaning in loss. Following viewing the talk, we will have a general chat and discussion on our thoughts on what we have seen.

Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder).
