The Care Act & Carers Rights - Unpacking the Jargon!

Hosted by Worcestershire Association of Carers on Zoom.

Whether you are new to caring or have been caring for someone for years, we believe that it’s important to understand your rights and be able to access the support available to you when you need it.

Our Carers Rights webinar will guide you through how carers are protected by law and why that is important.

  • By unpacking the jargon and applying the Care Act to some case studies, to illustrate and break down the act into bite-size chunks.
  • Giving you the chance to ask professionals working within the Care Act locally your questions.
  • Resources to back up our session, a reminder of the important points and where to go for further help in Worcestershire.
