This upbeat and interactive session will introduce mindfulness as a self-help technique. We'll explore some simple ideas around mindfulness and try out some different techniques together. The exercises we will explore are designed to help you feel more restful, relaxed and positive about life. You will leave the session with some tips on how to use mindfulness in day-to-day life. 


Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now).


Please be aware that these sessions are only available to carers who are currently registered with us. If you haven't already registered with us and are a carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
