This upbeat and interactive face to face session will introduce mindfulness as a self-help technique.

We'll explore some simple ideas around mindfulness and try out some different techniques together. The exercises we will explore are designed to help you feel more restful, relaxed and positive about life. You will leave the session with some tips on how to use mindfulness in day-to-day life.

Please be aware that these sessions are only available for Carers who are currently registered with us, unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for the person you care for as our funding is for Carers only. If you haven't already registered with us and are a Carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
