Many of us struggle to sleep sometimes; whether it's not being able to get to sleep or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep, good quality rest isn't always easy to find. Come and join this interactive session where we share experiences, think about what works (and what doesn't work) and explore tips and strategies to help us get some better zzzz's! 

Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now).


Please be aware that these sessions are only available to carers who are currently registered with us. If you haven't already registered with us and are a carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
