Yoga and Pilates are both low-impact workouts that focus on using bodyweight resistance. The benefits are vast - both workouts can increase overall health, leading to a better quality of life.

Benefits of doing yoga and pilates include:

  • Improved posture and balance
  • Keeps your joints healthy
  • Build muscle strength

The classes are suitable for all levels. Exercises can be modified and adapted for each individual.  Mats and resistance bands provided, but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. The sessions will run at The Old Schoolrooms, Charlton every Tuesday from the 10th August (6:15pm - 7:15pm) for eight weeks. Please note there will be no session on the 31st August. Feel free to attend one or two sessions, or get the full benefit by attending all eight.
