The ability to get back up after you've been knocked down, again and again. 

Join us online or in person for a session on Emotional Resilience with our lovely trainers, Toni and Bill. Understand how we react in a crisis, during prolonged period of anxiety or a sudden trauma. What the impact of stress is, both physiologically and emotionally; and how to recognise your response to a crisis and have a practical plan to take control back. Develop the physical and emotional remedies required to cope with and bounce back from the most difficult situations. Developing Resilience is key to give us and our families the best protection and peace of mind in a challenging and rapidly changing world.
