Positive mental health and well-being helps you to function well, supports good relationships, feel good about yourself and be better able to cope with life’s ups and downs. In this upbeat workshop we will explore simple tips and ideas to boost and improve day to day mental health & well-being. 

Coffee and cake is included! There is paid parking right opposite the venue at Waitrose car park.
