Positive mental health and well-being helps you to function well, supports good relationships, feel good about yourself and be better able to cope with life’s ups and downs. In this upbeat online session we will explore simple tips and ideas to boost and improve day to day mental health & well-being. 

Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now). 

 

Please be aware that these sessions are only available to carers who are currently registered with us. If you haven't already registered with us and are a carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
