Has someone you love who is living with dementia gone into hospital or into a carehome?

Would you like to talk to others who are in a similar position?

Carers have told us that emotions can be confusing at a time like this and they often feel alone or wonder if they are still a carer. They would like to talk to others who are feeling the same. It is an opportunity to share stories, knowledge and ways of coping.

Two members of staff will be running the group. If you require any further support or Information, for example information regarding funding or finding appropriate care services, we will be more than happy to arrange for a professional to come and discuss any concerns you may have with you.
