Walking is one of the best ways to look and feel better.

Try out the benefits of these easy walks….. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never walked with a group before. This is a fun and sociable group, who walk at a pace which encourages ‘Talk as You Walk’

All walks are circular, under 5 miles and cost approx. £1 per mile. They take place every week from May to October and there’s always a coffee stop either along the way or at the end.
