Join Maddie online via zoom every Tuesday for 8 weeks for an enjoyable and relaxing exercise class that is a mix of Yoga and Pilates. This course will run weekly for 8 sessions - it is more beneficial to do the whole programme if possible. However, Carers can just attend one or two sessions if they prefer. All you need is a Yoga or Pilates mat, comfortable clothes to move around in and a cushion handy too, which you may find useful for some exercises/relaxation. You do not need any prior experience of Pilates/Yoga.

Joining online is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now).

 

Please be aware that these sessions are only available to carers who are currently registered with us. If you haven't already registered with us and are a carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
