We are looking for carers of patients who access services within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust (HWHCT). These services include mental health and learning disabilities services, CAMHS and community paediatrics, dementia services, the Starting Well Children’s service, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy support.

If this is you, and you have experienced the change from face-to-face consultations and clinics to having these appointments online, we would like to invite you to come along to an online focus group to share your experiences.

The aim is to understand what this has been like for people. We want to know the positives, negatives and how we can improve virtual consultations moving forward.

The session will be hosted by Sam Whitby, Research and Development Manager at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health Care Trust, where you will have the opportunity to share your story. As carers, your experiences are invaluable to shaping services and we would really like to hear from you.
