It is important to look after your own health and well being even if you are busy looking after someone else's health which is why we have created a program of online webinars to help you consider your own well-being.

We are calling these sessions ' Well-being Wednesdays'.

These sessions will include:

  • Emotional Resilience
  • Well-being Tips
  • How to use Food to Support Your Mood

This session is all about managing stress during Covid-19.

Joining is simple. All you need to do is use the facility below to book a place and we will email you a link that you need to click at the relevant time and date. All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built in now)
