Come and join us for this upbeat interactive session exploring simple tips and ideas to boost and improve day to day mental health & well-being. Groups will be kept small (no more than 5 carers) and we will deliver the session following social distancing guidance.

If the weather is kind to us this session will be held in the Wishing Wells beautiful private garden (to protect confidentiality the neighboring space will be kept empty). If the weather is bad we will be in the adjacent meeting room.  

Paid for parking is available directly opposite the venue in Waitrose car park.
