In this upbeat session we will explore simple tips and ideas to boost and improve day to day mental health & well-being.

Please be aware that these sessions are only available for Carers who are currently registered with us, unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for the person you care for as our funding is for Carers only. If you haven't already registered with us and are a Carer please be aware that we will take your booking as an indication that you would like to be registered with us and someone will be in touch with you for further information.
