If you find this event is full when you try and book, we do run a waitlist for events/activities so if you would like to be added to the wait list, please email Colette on [email protected] and she will add your name and let you know if any spaces become available which they often do.

Spooky Story Guided Tour, Worcester

Join us if you dare! On this fun and unique Spooky Story Guided Tour around Worcester with Discover History's entertaining spooky story guide, Paul. This will be a unique opportunity to hear some interesting stories about the spookier side of Worcester's history. Dress warmly and mind the spooks! Optional - the Walking tour will be approximately 90 minutes and starts promptly at 6:45pm (please ensure you arrive outside the Guildhall by 6:40pm). After the walk you have the option to join us for a drink in Worcester's oldest pub, the Cardinal's Hat in Friar Street.

Due to the nature of this activity, walking on uneven and cobbled streets with some stairs, it may not be suitable for Carers with mobility challenges.

Car parking can be found in several surrounding car parks in the city centre. Please note that there is a parking charge in the car parks.

A deposit of £10 is required to book your place on this activity / event, which will be refunded to you upon attendance in full If however you find you have to cancel your place on the event and provide us with more than 24 hours from the day of the event notice, you will still be refunded as this will enable us to offer your place to another Carer on the waitlist, however if you cancel less than 24 hours of the day of the event, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit. Equally no-shows will be unable to be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note, these sessions are for Carers who are signed up to receive our services here at Worcestershire Association of Carers.
