Safeguarding adults is defined in the Care Act 2014 as ‘protecting an adult’s right to live in safety and free from abuse and neglect’.

We work with the Worcestershire Safeguarding Adults Board (WSAB) to promote well-being and help to reduce the risk of harm for people with care and support needs.

Come along and find out more about the work that we do. This webinar will cover following:

- an overview of safeguarding

- overview of the work of the WSAB

- introduction of the Care Act and how to raise concerns

- carers stories

Plus they'll be opportunity to ask questions
