5 week programme providing a positive approach to improving physical and emotional wellbeing. During the course you will learn simple, straightforward techniques that will help you to boost your mood and energy, improve your sleep and deal a little bit better with situations that cause you stress.

Venue: Perdiswell Young Peoples centre, Perdiswell Park, Droitwich Road WR3 7SN.

Dates:  8/15th/22nd May and June 5th/12th

Time: 1.30pm - 3pm

Our wellbeing courses are designed to offer simple, light touch tips to improve general emotional well-being. We do not recommend these sessions for carers needing counselling, bereavement support or support for a serious mental health problem. In these instances we would recommend contacting your GP.
