We would love for you to join our Mindfulness Lunch on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 at Waylands Yard, 6 Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1DB. (The closest parking will be CrownGate Car Park).  

The session will start at 11.30 am with a calming Mindfulness exercise called the Body Scan. The Body Scan is a gentle 15 minute audio meditation which is done lying down on the floor so you get a sense of letting go straight away. You will need to bring a mat to lie on, a pillow, and a cosy blanket so you are warm and comfortable. You may also want to wear comfortable clothes. The purpose of a Body Scan Mindfulness exercise is simply to notice and be aware of your body, and give yourself some time to rest and nourish your well-being.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to Mindfulness or not - you are welcome to join us! After the body scan, from 12pm until 1 pm a light buffet will be served so we can all have a chilled out lunch together.

*Please be aware, if you have mobility problems, there are stairs at the venue and you will need to get up and down from the floor unaided.
