This is an upbeat four week course which introduces the idea of Mindfulness as a self- help technique that can be used to support emotional well-being and manage day to day stress.  You will leave the session with a better understanding of what Mindfulness is (and what it isn’t) and how it can help you to feel calmer and more in control of your emotions. A range of simple exercises will be introduced giving you the opportunity to experience Mindfulness for yourself.
