Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is as important as physical first aid

 Mental Health First Aid Training is a mental health awareness and skills course which includes a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. The training is open to anyone affected by or interested in mental health.

Each participant takes away a copy of the MHFA manual which is an excellent resource and on completion of the training will also receive a certificate.

At the end of the course you will have:

  • An understanding of common mental illnesses.
  • Ability to spot signs of mental illness
  • Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
  • Skills to support positive wellbeing.

This training course will be delivered over 3 sessions.
