Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation for Carers Come and join this upbeat and interactive session which will introduce and explore some simple ideas around Mindfulness, Gratitude, and Relaxation. We will discuss and try out some different techniques that are designed to help you feel more restful, relaxed and positive about life. (N.B. This session is repeated on the 25th March).
