As the Covid crisis begins to ease many of us are left thinking what next ? How do I move on? Many of us have mixed feelings about life beyond Covid - we may be desperate to get back to normal or we may be worried about leaving the safety of our home - and everything in between. So how do we move on, what can we do to feel ready for what life beyond Covid will bring? Moving On is a program of interactive upbeat online webinars for carers. During the sessions you will meet other carers and learn some simple tips and tools to help build confidence, cope with anxiety, boost mood and help you deal a little better with life as we begin to move on from Covid 19. These online session will cover:

- Tips to help manage stress and worry as we move on from Covid
