5 Ways to Wellbeing 

One off interactive session which will explore what well-being is and the 5 key ways to improve personal day to day well-being. You will leave the session with your own well-being action plan.

Our wellbeing courses are designed to offer simple, light touch tips to improve general emotional well-being. We do not recommend these sessions for carers needing counselling, bereavement support or support for a serious mental health problem. In these instances we would recommend contacting your GP.

There is free parking available and refreshments will be provided.
