5 Ways to Well-being

This is a one off interactive session which will explore what well-being is and will explore the 5 key ways to improve  personal day to day well-being. You will leave the session with your own well-being action plan and a better understanding of how to maintain positive emotional health.

Venue: Well-being at the Wishing Well, 16 St John St, Bromsgrove B61 8QY (Pay and display parking is available directly opposite the venue in Waitrose. Hot drinks can be purchased from the venue café.)
