Carers Groups, facilitated by the Association, offer practical and emotional support. Help with respite and transport is available They usually meet monthly and are based across the county in Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Evesham, Kidderminster, Malvern, Martley, Pershore, Inkberrow, Stourport & Worcester There is also a list of other groups for carers in the county which support carers of people with specific needs or conditions |
| CARERS EMERGENCY CARD
The free Carers' Emergency Card makes sure that the person you care for is informed if you, the carer, are involved in an accident or taken ill. There is also a card that can be carried by someone you care for if you are concerned they may wander away and become lost or disoriented. CARERS EMERGENCY CARD - details and Application Form |
The Association organises practical information events to support carers in their caring role. These include basic First Aid, money matters and more specialist areas.
