Carers' Rights Event
Carers UK estimate that millions of carers do not claim benefits and support they are entitled to each year, and that many carers do not know their rights and are not aware of their entitlements. Carers' Rights Day 2012 is focused on getting help in tough times, and Worcestershire Association of Carers are putting on an event on the 7th December, around the theme of 'Money Matters'. The day will have one-to-one advice from benefits experts, presentations and talks and an exhibition of organisations that provide help and support to carers.
